Hi, I’m Randy Helm, founder of Your CFO Service LLC.

I bring over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a background that includes roles as Accounting Analyst, Finance Manager, Controller, and Chief Financial Officer. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Drake University, an MBA from the University of Iowa, and I’m a licensed CPA.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries—including construction, manufacturing, banking, insurance, health tech, and the service sector (including bars and restaurants). This diverse experience gives me a practical understanding of the challenges business owners face every day.

My goal with Your CFO Service LLC is simple: to provide business owners and leadership teams with the financial clarity and strategy they need—without the cost of a full-time CFO. I help organizations stay on track with cash flow, improve decision-making, and grow with confidence.

On a personal note, I’ve been married for over 25 years and have one adult son. We enjoy traveling, especially when there’s college football involved. And to keep my sanity, you’ll find me in the gym regularly.
